Choque séptico: intervenções de enfermagem

Abstract

sépsis e o choque séptico são uma das maiores problemáticas de saúde, sendo atualmente uma das principais causas de internamento em Cuidados Intensivos. Pela sua importância, esta foi a temática que escolhemos abordar. Este relatório apresenta a Intervenção Profissional Major, caracterizando o seu contexto de estágio e refletindo sobre todo o processo de aquisição e desenvolvimento de competências. Como objetivo geral, definimos: descrever e refletir acerca das atividades realizadas, correlacionando o conhecimento adquirido com a prática clínica. A sua elaboração regeu-se através da metodologia de projeto, sendo esta a base de toda a sua construção. Através da descrição e reflexão das atividades, fomos capazes de fundamentar estas intervenções, articulando-as com a evidência científica existente. Conseguimos atingir todos os objetivos propostos, tornando-nos assim, Enfermeiros Especialistas no cuidado prestado à pessoa em situação crítica; ABSTRACT: Septic Shock: Nursing Interventions Sepsis and septic shock are one of the biggest health problems, currently being one of the main causes of hospitalization in Intensive Care. Due to its importance, this was the theme we chose to address. This report presents the Major Professional Intervention, characterizing its internship context and reflecting on the entire process of acquiring and developing skills. As a general aim, we defined: to describe and reflect on the activities carried out, correlating the knowledge acquired with clinical practice. Its elaboration was governed by the design methodology, which is the basis of its construction. Through the description and reflection of activities, we were able to substantiate these interventions, articulating them with the existing scientific evidence. We were able to achieve all the proposed objectives, becoming expert nurses in the care to the person in critical situations.
