Methodology: The research was based on the database EBSCO (MEDLINE with FULL TEXT, CINALH, Plus with Full Text

Results: The nursing team carried out educational meetings, interviews and home visits, allowing the identification of
the functional status, self-care, symptom management, patient satisfaction and health service utilization, as health gains.
Conclusions: With this review we concluded that nursing interventions can contribute to the recovery of patients with
heart failure that self-care, which pinpoints the importance of nursing in the role of health promotion. |
