Prática de ensino supervisionada em educação pré-escolar: a exploração integrada do mundo físico e natural em creche e jardim de infância

Abstract

Este relatório final corresponde ao trabalho desenvolvido na prática de ensino supervisionada do Mestrado em Educação Pré-escolar da Universidade de Évora. Sendo que, tem um enfoque especial na área do conhecimento do mundo, mais particularmente, no conhecimento do mundo físico e natural com o tema “a exploração integrada do mundo físico e natural em creche e jardim de infância”. Este relatório tem como objetivo aprofundar a importância da exploração do meio físico e natural no processo de aprendizagem das crianças na educação de infância, apresentando a minha ação educativa. No decorrer do relatório é apresentado uma fundamentação teórica que remete para a importância das ciências nas primeiras idades, para articulação das várias áreas do saber, para a importância dos materiais e dos espaços na exploração e descoberta e qual deve ser o papel do educador na abordagem às ciências. Também é apresentado a caracterização dos dois contextos de intervenção pedagógica onde foi realizada a prática de ensino supervisionada. Através da metodologia da investigação-ação desenvolvi uma investigação sobre a minha prática, em que tive a oportunidade de pesquisar, analisar, partilhar e refletir, ajudando-me a regular e intencionalizar a minha prática educativa; Abstract: Supervised Teaching Practice in Pre-School Education: The holistic exploration of the physical and natural world in early childhood education This final report corresponds to the work developed in supervised teaching practice of the Master`s degree in Pre-school Education of the University of Évora. Being that, it has a special focus in the area of the knowledge of the world, more particularly, in the knowledge of the physical and natural world with the theme "the integrated exploration of the physical and natural world in early childhood education”. This report aims to deepen the importance of exploring the physical and natural environment in the process of learning children in early childhood education, presenting my educational action. In the course of the report, a theoretical basis is presented which refers to the importance of the sciences in the early ages, in order to articulate the various areas of knowledge, the importance of materials and spaces in exploration and discovery, and what should be the role of the educator in the approach to the sciences. It is also presented the characterization of the two contexts of pedagogical intervention where the practice of supervised teaching was carried out. Through the methodology of action research I developed an investigation about my practice, in which I had the opportunity to research, analyse, share and reflect, helping me to regulate and intentionalize my educational practice.
