Abstract

O estudo se direciona pela temática “A aplicação do sistema de custeio para análise financeira de curto prazo no serviço de obstetrícia de um hospital privado na cidade de Maceió”, considerando a aplicação de um sistema de custeio consolida as informações financeiras de qualquer organização. Justifica-se por ser problema que envolve diretamente a população brasileira, está contido nos ditames constitucionais e, ao mesmo, é um dos problemas que mais se apresentam no noticiário da mídia local, mesmo constrangendo desde sua promulgação, a Carta da República de 1988 tem sofrido severas dificuldades em ser cumprida em diversos itens, inclusive no quesito que diz respeito à assistência gratuita a saúde para todos. Objetiva o presente estudo determinar os custos de um hospital privado em Maceió, no intuito de investigar diversas variâncias que a análise de custos permite. Com isto, o tema será mais bem especificado no decorrer desta dissertação, vez que a gama de opções disponíveis na análise dos custos de uma empresa é bastante considerável. Aplicou o modelo metodológico a partir de um estudo de natureza exploratória, revisão da literatura com base nas diversas fontes bibliográficas disponíveis. Em seguida, realizou-se a avaliação da sistemática de custo com o objetivo de conseguir avaliar as causas, as origens e os motivos dos problemas, por meio de análise de fatos e situações, além de buscar a possibilidade de alcançar uma fiel reprodução do quadro pesquisado tão fiel quanto possível. Efetuou inicialmente a uma abordagem conceitual e histórica acerca da unidade hospitalar, bem como análise acerca da realidade da saúde no Brasil e em Alagoas, focando, portante, o departamento de obstetrícia. Procedeu levantamento dos custos hospitalares, considerando sistemas de custeio e a realidade do custeamento dos hospitais. Realizou processo de identificação definindo-se o modelo metodológico aplicado, com a delimitação da amostra e o instrumento de pesquisa. Por fim, apresentou a análise e interpretação dos dados, considerando o setor de obstetrícia de uma unidade hospitalar hipotética, os sistemas de custeios avaliados, a implantação de um sistema de custeio e os resultados obtidos. /ABSTRACT - The study was directs the theme "Implementation of the system of funding for financial analysis, short term in the obstetrics department of a private hospital in the city of Maceio," considering the implementation of a system of cost consolidate the financial information of any organization. It is as problem that directly involves the Brazilian population is contained in the constitutional dictates and the same, it is one of the problems that most have no news from the local media, even constrangendo since its promulgation, the Charter of the Republic of 1988 has suffered severe difficulties to be met on several items, including the query as regards the free health care for all. This study aims to determine the costs of a private hospital in Maceió, in order to investigate several variances that allows the analysis of costs. With this, the issue will be better specified in the course of this dissertation, as the range of options available in the analysis of the costs of a company is quite considerable. Applied the model from a methodological study of exploratory nature, literature review on the basis of various library resources available. Then took place a systematic evaluation of the cost in order to achieve assess the causes, the sources and reasons of the problems through analysis of events and situations, and seek the possibility of achieving a faithful reproduction of the table searched as faithful as possible. After initially approach to a conceptual and historical about the hospital and analysis about the reality of health in Brazil and in Alagoas, focusing therefore the department of obstetrics. There survey of hospital costs, considering systems of cost and the reality of custeamento of hospitals. There verification process setting up the model methodological applied with the division of the sample and a search tool. Finally, presented the analysis and interpretation of data, considering the industry of obstetrics in a hospital hypothetical, the systems custeios assessed, the deployment of a system of cost and results.
