Alentejo

Abstract

O Alentejo é um lugar que vive à sombra do mundo. É o espaço por onde a vida passa e dá lugar ao esquecimento. Falar do Alentejo é falar de mim, é falar dos novos e dos velhos que o habitam e que dele guardam a fala, o corpo e as memórias. Se todos reconhecemos este espaço pelas histórias que nos contam, não deve o ator partilhar com o público esta vida que se torna, cada vez mais, numa sombra do tempo? Aqui, o ator é o veículo do reconhecimento destas memórias: é através dele que aqueles que vivem à sombra do mundo se conseguem comunicar com ele; ### Abstract: Alentejo Alentejo is a place that lives in the shadows of the world. It is the space where life goes by and gives place to forgetfulness. Speak of Alentejo is to speak about me, is to speak of the new ones and the old ones that inhabit it and that from it they keep the voice, the body and the memories. If we all recognize this space by the stories they told us, shouldn’t the actor share this life that had become a time shadow with the public? Here the actor is the carriage of these memories recognition: it is through him that those who live at the shadows of the world can communicate with it.
