Les gares oubliées : une proposition pour la valorisation et la gestion du patrimoine ferroviaire de l’État de Tlaxcala, Mexique

Abstract

Desde a primeira metade do século XIX, foram realizadas inúmeras tentativas de estabelecer ferrovias no México. Desta forma, ao longo de um século e meio, o estabelecimento das ferrovias contribuiu para a transformação da economia e da sociedade em que foram estabelecidas, mudando as relações daqueles que aí habitavam e as paisagens. Apesar da importância que tiveram os caminhos de ferro, principalmente a partir dos últimos anos do século XX, os edificios pertencentes às ferrovias passaram a ser afetados por um processo de degradação acelerado. Este trabalho visa aprofundar a história das ferrovias que foram estabelecidas no Estado de Tlaxcala e procura entender como elas dialogaram e transformaram as regiões em que se implantaram, quais são as características dos traços que deixaram, e como é possível revalorizar e protegê-los; Résumé: Depuis la première moitié du XIX siècle des nombreux essais pour établir des chemins de fer ont été entrepris au Mexique. De cette manière, au long d’un siècle et demi furent implantés plusieurs chemins de fer qui ont contribué à la transformation de l’économie et de la societé où ils ont été installés, en changeant les relations de ceux qu’y habitaient et les paysages. Malgré l’importance des chemins de fer, surtout à partir des dernières années du XX siècle, les établissements appartenant aux chemins de fer ont commencé à être affectés par un processus de dégradation plus accéléré. Ce travail cherche à approfondir sur l’histoire des chemins de fer qui ont été installés à l’État de Tlaxcala, et tente à comprendre comment ils ont dialogué et changé les régions où ils ont été construits, quelles sont les caractéristiques des traces qu’ils sont laissé, et comment est possible de les revaloriser et les sauvegarder; Abstract Since the first half of the XIX century numerous attempts to establish railways had place in Mexico. In this way throughout a century and a half the railways have contributed to the transformation of the economy and society where they had been established, changing the relationships of those who inhabit there and the landscapes. Despite of the importance of the railways, particularly from the last years of XX century, the establishments belonging to the railways began to be affected by a more accelerated degradation process. This work aims to deepen into the history of the railways which were established on the State of Tlaxcala, and looks to understand how they have dialogued and changed the regions where they were built, which are the features of the traces that they have left, and how it is possible to revalorize and safeguard them.
