– ABSTRACT: The Educational Project: A Plan for the School's Development This project has as its main goal the study of the School's Educational Project, through the longitudinal analysis of the discourses and the practices of the involved actors, in the sense of its ownership while strategic plan of the school's development as an organization. The used methodology is based on the qualitative aspect, combined with a quantitative approach. The case study was the chosen research strategy and the instruments used to collect data had as a basis the document analysis, namely: minutes, question-based surveys and interviews to teachers with institutional responsibilities. Even though there is a certain inconsistency between the speeches and the records of the school's organizational and pedagogical life, the results show the actors agree that the School's Educational Project is a vital document and a strategic instrument of the development of the school's organization. This apparent duality does not withdraw the power of the School's Educational Project as one of the configurative elements of the school's organizational and pedagogical dynamics, even though it reveals a certain tension between speeches and records of the actions. |
