i) no aumento e partilha de conhecimentos;
ii) na maior disponibilidade para a família;
iii) na melhoria da eficiência da comunicação em família;
iv) na maior capacitação para acompanhar a vida escolar dos filhos;
iv) no aumento da auto-estima dos adultos que, consequentemente, se reflectiu nas dinâmicas familiares; ABSTRACT: This research proposes to assess the family impacts of the Process for Recognition, Validation and Certification of Professional Skills in employees of the municipality of Reguengos de Monsaraz.
